Basic Training

Regular scheduled support visits

Hardware or Software installation

Your prepaid support hours can be utilised for the installation of hardware such as computers, printers, iPads, etc. or software such as new applications or iPad apps.  Some hardware and software such as server migrations and network upgrades require specialist skillsets and a higher level resource.  Prepaid hours can still be utilised for these projects however a multiplier may be applied to account for a higher level support engineer.[/text-with-icon]

How does prepaid

Support work?

You will be invoiced for each block of Prepaid hours in advance.  Once your prepaid hours have been purchased you can begin using them.  General guildlines of how prepaid hours work are as follows:

Using Hours

Each time you engage us to do work for you either remotely or onsite we will fill in a ticket in our Job system detailing the work completed and how many hours were used.  Hours will then be deducted from your prepaid balance.

On a regular basis you will be sent a report of hours used.

When you are nearly out of hours we will notify you at which point you can elect to buy more hours.
